In contrast to some of the other home-call computer support businesses around, I don't charge varying amounts for different jobs. I only charge for my time, regardless of the complexity of your problems.
I charge a minimum callout fee which covers you for up to two hours of support once I arrive. This will be between £60-£80 depending on where in London you live. I charge £15 per 30 minutes after the first two hours, although the majority of problems can be fixed in less than two hours.
